1. Overview
At Vibes From NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We handle every order with care, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our policy below for details on refunds, returns, and replacements.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll gladly offer one of the following:
• A replacement item at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method
To start a claim, email us at VibesFromNYC@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged or Defective Item” and your order number.
3. Items Lost in Transit
We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, unexpected delays (like customs checks or carrier issues) can occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll happily provide either:
• A replacement order, or
• A full refund for the missing items.
Please note: shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Vibes From NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Upon request, we can provide:
• Delivery confirmation
• Date and location of delivery
• Carrier contact details and tracking number
