ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working
Most of our orders include a tracking number that becomes active within a few days after dispatch. If your tracking link isn’t working yet, please allow some time for the carrier to update the information.
If your order does not have a tracking number or you need help locating it, please contact us at VibesFromNYC@gmail.com, and we’ll help you track your shipment.
You can also check your order status at our Track Order page using your tracking code. For best results, copy and paste your tracking number directly.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your items are dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a text notification (if applicable). Tracking information usually appears within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

The tracking site says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package
Sometimes carriers mark an order as “Delivered” once it has reached your local postal facility, even if it hasn’t yet been delivered to your door.
Please:
• Wait a few more business days for local delivery.
• Check with your neighbors or local post office — your parcel may be awaiting pickup or held for signature.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll assist in locating your package.

During peak seasons or holidays, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong item — can I change it?
If you made an error while ordering, please contact us immediately at VibesFromNYC@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to update your order, but because we process orders quickly, changes aren’t always possible once packaging or shipping begins.
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to stop delivery or issue a refund for address mistakes.

Customs clearance timelines vary by country and are beyond our control.
